Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Lost or Delayed Packages

BananaZzz is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, contact us through our Contact page.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping package

We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Digital Products

Digital products, including downloadable coloring books and other digital content, are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping charges.
