At BananaZzz, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund policy below.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads, coloring books, printable files, and other downloadable content are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be provided once a digital product has been delivered or downloaded.
Physical Products
We accept returns of unused physical products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Include original packaging when applicable
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem through a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Medical Card Services
BananaZzz may provide access to third-party medical card resources and referral services. Fees paid directly to third-party providers are subject to the policies of those providers. BananaZzz is not responsible for refunds related to third-party medical card consultations, evaluations, approvals, or denials.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
